SPANGLISH

love at first listen.

A different approach to language teaching with a strategy that teaches you grammar in your own language to understand the differentiations. Spanglish is essentially it’s own language too. Find out more here.

SPANGLISH

When I was first learning Spanish, I felt insulted if anyone switched to English. However some people like to practice. When I starting hearing alot of Spanglish I realised it has now become very popular. It was general created in with expats in the USA who would speak Spanish at home and English in work and it soon became just a natural flow around bilingual people to say whichever language occurs to them first. We create aa very casual environment for learing and we will just go with the flow.

My story, After decades of studying French and Irish in school, I still don’t have a word of either of them. It wasn’t until after school that I studied the CELTA (Cambridge English Language Teaching to Adults). As part of that course I realised my lack of knowledge of grammar rules etc and went off to study that alongside the course. From graduating from that class I got really excited I knew what we were doing in language and started studying Spanish and I’m not afraid of it, it’s very interesting to see the difference.
